To promote sustainable development and environmental responsibility, attract investment, enhance industrial growth, support job creation, and foster community development by developing world-class industrial infrastructure in the Aqaba region through the establishment of an international-standard industrial estate supplied with Natural Gas and located at the heart of Jordan’s mineral resources.
Project Description
The Queirah International Industrial Estate (QIIE) serves as an extension of the Aqaba International Industrial Estate (AIIE) and represents an ideal hub for diverse manufacturing investments that rely on nearby mineral resources such as high-purity silica sand, phosphate, and potash. The estate is expected to be inaugurated by the end of 2025. PBI Aqaba is responsible for managing and developing the estate under a joint development agreement with the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) and the Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC), covering an area of over 1,800 dunums.
