Kempinski Hotel

Kempinski Hotel Aqaba-Jordan is an international 5 star chain hotel on the northern shore of Aqaba, covering (11,760) square meters of land at a total cost of US$ 30,800 million.

AYLA

Ayla is a unique development on the northern of Aqaba, covering (4.3) million square meters. The Ayla project will add (17) Km of shoreline to Aqaba at a total cost of US$ 2 Billion.
The development scheme includes a variety of Hotels, Shopping areas, Residential areas, and the 1st World-class international golf course in Jordan. Ayla Development Components consists of lagoons with a total area of (750) thousand square meters, hotels with combined (1540) rooms, (2884) residential units, (100) thousand square meters of retail and commercial space, recreational facilities, an 18-hole international Golf course along with a Golf Academy and utilities. Ayla Residential Units consists of (72) sea view villas, (866) sea view townhouses, (730) sea view apartments, (171) golf course view villas, (235) golf course view townhouses, (610) golf course view apartments, (200) apartments overlooking the commercial area.

Aqaba Safeway located near the Southern Coast of the ASEZ on total area of (10) thousand square meters, at a total cost US$ 10 million. Aqaba Safeway project is the first wholesale center of its kind in Aqaba.

This (35) thousand square meters colossal project is significant for its diversified facilities and sections, The Aqaba Safeway project including a vast parking area, wholesale center that offer groceries, dairy, frozen, fresh foods and general merchandise items under one roof at extremely competitive prices which provide the Jordanian consumers with a wide range of options as well as a peaceful and enjoyable shopping experience. This new wholesale center in Aqaba will be the 15th Safeway branch, and the third wholesale center in Jordan.

Each company has its own rich history and contributes unique, specialized products and services to the Agility brand Completed. The total cost of the Agility project approximately US$ 10 million.

AQABA LOGISTIC VILLAGE

Aqaba Logistics Village project aims operating and managing logistics complexes, container freight station operations and supply chain movements on an international scale.

The Aqaba Logistics Village (ALV) is a prime integrated logistics facility for successful business, economic and social outcomes for the benefit of all stakeholders of the project which includes the industrial, commercial and public sectors in Jordan.

The Aqaba Logistics Village offer services that will be developed such as Container Freight Station (CFS) , distribution Center (DC), exhibition & Trade Show Center in open space or inside a special exhibition hall , cold Store and Specialized Warehousing for Hazardous Cargo , a logistics training institute for life-long learning and upgrading of skills , a dedicated auction area , Container repair facility. The total cost of the Aqaba logistic village approximately US$ 60 million.

Aqaba National Real Estate Project Company (ANREPCO)

ANREPCO project is a joint venture real estate company between National Real Estate Company (NREC) of Kuwait and Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) of Jordan was established in July 2006 as private shareholding company with a registered capital of US$ 36.4 Million. It aims at providing real estate development in Jordan and mainly in Aqaba. The company is developing two major real estate projects in Aqaba city namely.

  1. The south Project

    "ADC Warehousing & Industries Park"
    located (12) kilometers southeast of Aqaba city (6) kilometers from Aqaba containers port, and just near the container road that connects Aqaba city with neighboring Saudi Arabia to the south, and Amman city to the north for the total area of the park is (1.5) million square meters of developed and serviced land equipped with necessary infrastructure network.

    The project will be implemented as a "Gated Business Park" with many supporting services for the investments located within. Activities will include Warehouses, cold storage Facilities, stander factory, buildings, serviced land for Open / Closed Storage and Industrial Activities, trading activities, office spaces, retail stores and maintenance and services.

  2. The north project

    The project located (7) kilometers north of Aqaba city (2) kilometers east of King Hussein international airport at a total area of the project is (500) square meters of developed land with infrastructure networks.

    ANREPCO is currently working to prepare the final designs and master plan for the project through an international consulting company.

    Activities will include commercial facilities and office spaces, gated housing, hotels, and tourist activities, academic and scientific institution.

RADISSION BLU HOTEL (TALA BAY)

HILTON HOTEL ( TALA BAY )

Hilton hotel is due to open at the Tala Bay resort on Jordan's Red Sea coast in 2010.

Hilton hotel due to open at the Tala Bay resort is a 5 stars hotel cover a total land of (35) thousand square meters with the total cost of US$106 million, located on southern beach; it will have (346) rooms, restaurants and bars, and function, meeting and conference rooms. Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, health club, private beach and yacht harbor.

MARINA PLAZA Hotel ( TALA BAY )

Marina Plaza hotel opened at the Tala Bay resort is a four star hotel with the capacity of (243) accommodation rooms in the heart of the Marina, covering a total land area of (17) thousand square meters.
